Due to this weekend’s being a five-day holiday here in Australia (Good Friday, Easter Sunday, and then Anzac Day on Monday or Tuesday), the gym is going to be closed for a LONG time. I love the gym. I’m going to miss it. But today, while I waited for my tea to steep, I discovered a FABULOUS way to keep my ass kicked without going to the gym:

It’s April, and it’s autumn. This does my head in. As all you northern hemisphere people enjoy longer days and budding flowers, we’re getting darker earlier, and greyer, and rainier. It will never be cold down here (contrary to what these Aussies tell you), but it’s, well, like October. And it’s April.
